What do you need to make a successful purchase with Leanpay?

●     Identity document of the Republic of Slovenia

●     Mobile phone

●     Tax number

●     The number of your bank account you are making instalment payments from

●     Know the amount of your regular monthly income and costs

How do you pay with Leanpay in a physical store?

1. Before completing the purchase , you tell the seller that you want to make the purchase with Leanpay in instalments.
2. The seller enters your phone number into the Leanpay app and makes an offer for the amount you choose.
3. You get the SMS notification to your mobile phone with a link to the Leanpay app where you can check the offer.
4. Enter your personal data and wait for an immediate decision. 
5. You pay your liabilities monthly with a SEPA standing order without visiting a bank.

How do you pay with Leanpay in the online shop?

1. Select the product in the online shop and follow the steps.
2. In the "Payment methods" step, select Leanpay.
3. Click the "place order" button and then choose the number of instalments.
4. Enter your personal details and then receive an instant decision on your payment approval. 
5. You pay your monthly instalments based on a standing order without visiting the bank.

Can you check if you would get a limit from Leanpay before you visit the shop?

Of course, you can do this digitally in Check your limit

which takes only a few minutes and requires no documentation, just entering a few details in an online form.

This is also how you register with Leanpay, and if you ask a salesperson for an offer in the shop, all you need to do is give them your phone number and show your ID.
