In thewww.bartog.si online shop, you can choose between two delivery options for yourordered products. You can track the status of your submitted orders under “MyAccount”.

Personalpickup of products

Productsordered in the online shop can be picked up at one of the 27 pickup pointsacross Slovenia. Personal pickup of products does not have any delivery costs(free of charge). The order value can be paid directly at the pickup point withcash or by card, or with instalments. You can also pay for the order byproforma invoice. Products must be picked up within 7 days of their delivery tothe pickup point, with Saturdays and Sundays also taken into account.

Homedelivery of products

We can alsodeliver your ordered products to your home, with our own Bartog deliveryservice. The costs of delivery across Slovenia are the same, regardless of theorder amount:

•             method of payment: by proformainvoice, delivery cost is EUR 3.00

•             method of payment: on delivery,delivery cost is EUR 4.50

Beforedelivery to the stated delivery address, Bartog delivery service will contactyou at your contact telephone number; we therefore ask you to list your contacttelephone during registration. In the event that we have ordered products onstock, we will deliver them to your listed address within 5 workdays.

Damagedshipments

If upondelivery you notice that the product or shipment is physically damaged, doesn’thave all the contents, or shows signs of opening, contact us at [email protected] attached photographs of the shipment. Our warrant department staff willreview your e-mail and help you to a satisfactory solution in the shortest timepossible.
