Blessing of the motorcycles in Mirna Peč 2022:
SUCCESS MAY BE DIGITAL, BUT ALWAYS IS ANALOGUE!
We are no strangers to events, we are no strangers to sales, logistics are in our blood and we love tradition. With 300,000 products and 300 global brands in one big bag, Bartog is a company where something new happens every day. But there are also special days when everything is in order and everything falls into place like a complicated Rubik's cube.
The Easter blessing of motorbikes in Mirna Peč, near our administrative building, organised by MKT – Moto Klub Trebnje, was just like that. For 24 years, this dream day has been the true face of conscientious bikers, who traditionally open the season with a call for road safety. When the blessing was first organised quite by chance, on the initiative of Leopold Pungerčar from MK Trebnje and parish priest Janez Šimenc, it was unthinkable that 15 thousand bikers would gather in 2019. For two years, due to the corona epidemic, they couldn't hold the event live, but this year they broke the record as 17,000 motorbike and quad bike enthusiasts gathered in Mirna Peč!
This year, Bartog also came to receive a blessing. Logical, of course, because of our wide range of tyres for all motorcycles and other offers. After all, the tyre on the bike is the main link to safe driving and a key component of every happy mile. We ended the event full of emotions beyond tyres and memories that make sure where to find Bartog on Easter Monday in 2023.
Tyres and a wide range of products will always be available in all our branches across Slovenia, but our connection between all our activities, employees, partners and customers, and certainly our connection with the local community (Mirna Peč, Trebnje and the whole of Dolenjska region) – this is something that we will continue to nurture and will always want to feel again and again.
Everything we do all year round and pay attention to at Bartog was as it should be on Easter Monday – just like all the squares of a Rubik's cube. Everything was in place. And our team felt like a host, not a guest at the event. We are grateful for that!
Given the many limitations over the years, it is quite clear that success is easily digital, but true satisfaction is always analogue and spontaneous. The real thing – from the field, with the smell of tyres, the music of Lojze Slak and Tone Pavček and teams from all over Slovenia. Bartog is here for the tyres, but also for the people.
SAFE TRIP TO ALL!
