Training was on servicing car air-conditioning systems. The focus was on the key points ensuring the proper installation of AC components and the elimination of faults in AC systems. A demonstration on how to use the tool on the window followed, then diagnosing and finding the cause of a compressor failure, and common mistakes made when assembling AC components.

"More than 40 people attended the training, both technicians and teachers from technical high schools and Bartog employees. Participants highlighted the excellent demonstration of possible failures as a consequence of inadequate maintenance/repair of the AC system," said Janez Cvek, Head of Technical Services. Head of Spare Parts Marketing Robert Rosnaky added: "We will continue to draw technical knowledge from suppliers involved in the initial installation, or from those who contribute to a higher quality service with their development, and pass it on to our customers."
