Specialised vulcanising machine for calibrating (aligning) the tread – profile of new, retreaded or damaged tyres and wheels for passenger cars, SUVs, vans and combination vehicles.

The machine is new on the market. It is a perfect Slovenian product, the result of years of refinement and testing. It’s part of the line of tyre vulcanising machines and is integrated in the tyre changing process between the tyre mounting machine and the tyre centring machine, with the role of ensuring that the tyre centring process reaches the highest possible quality and accuracy of the service performed. This machine eliminates even the smallest, barely visible deviations in the tread that result in bouncing and weaving. Variations can be due to loose final inspection of a new tyre or production retreads (remoulds), as well as minor damage to the wheels.

The machine also corrects damage caused by driving with incorrect dampers, blocking wheels or incorrect chassis geometry.

What is gained in the tyre fitting process using a finaliser?

The tyre is made a 100% radial again. Tyre noise is kept to a minimum. Vibration and rolling resistance are reduced. Loads on the chassis and steering gear is reduced. Tyre grip is maximised. Safety and driving comfort are improved. Tyre life is extended.
